Cancellation terms

  1. Cancellation terms (no-shows/no arrivals)

    In case that the customer wishes to cancel his reservation, he has to indicate it in written form and it needs always the written approval of the hotel.

    If this approval does not occur on the part of the hotel, the agreed price from the contract is also to be paid if the customer does not show up.

    If the customer desires an earlier check-out (departure before the contractual agreed departure), he has to inform the hotel in time (at latest until 6.00 p.m. on the day before). During special events (trade-fairs, congresses and Octoberfest) there are special terms, regarding cancelations and departures prior to the contractual agreed departure, see below). After this time the full accommodation-price is charged.

    Special cancelation terms 2012

    Except trade-fairs, congresses and Oktoberfest a cancellation of a booked room is possible without fees three days prior to arrival. Reservations concerning more than 4 rooms and group-reservations can only be cancelled without fee two weeks prior to arrival. After this time the full accommodation-price is charged.

    During the following periods there are special cancellation terms valid:

    Opti 2012 (29.01. - 01.02.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    Analytica 2012 (17.04. - 20.04.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    IFAT 2012 (07.05. - 11.05.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    Special Olympic Games (20.05. - 25.05.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    Automatica und Intersolar 2012 (12.06. - 15.06.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    ESC-Kongress (24.08. - 30.08.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    IBA-Welt des Backens, Oktoberfest und Expo-Real (16.09. - 11.10.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.
    Electronica 2012 (13.11. - 16.11.2012) cancellation without fees is only possible six weeks prior to date of arrival.

    After the free cancellation-period 100% cancellation fees will be charged for the booked period.

  2. Room supply

    The customer acquires no claim to the supply of a certain room. Booked rooms are ready for check-in from 1.00 p.m.. There is no claim to earlier check-in. On the agreed day of departure latest check-out-time is 11 a.m.. After this time the hotel can raise an additional accommodation-fee of 80% of 1 night (by check-out between 11 a.m. and 4 p.. , after 4 p.m. the additional accommodation-fee runs up to 100%.

  3. Final regulation

    Place of fulfillment and place of payment is the seat of the hotel. Exclusive legal venue is the seat of the hotel. German law has to be applied.
